The med spa that never misses a call

A Syntherly transformation concept for a med spa: the front desk is mid-treatment, the phone goes to voicemail, and the booking lands with a competitor. Aethel Medical Spa, reimagined with a 24/7 AI front desk that answers every call in one ring. A concept build, not a paying engagement.

The med spa that never misses a call · Industry Prototype
The brief

Aethel Medical Spa is an industry prototype, a med spa we built end to end to show the architecture we deploy for a real one, not a paying engagement. The problem is the one every busy practice knows: the front desk is mid-treatment when the phone rings, so the call goes to voicemail. After 6pm and on weekends, nobody picks up at all. 27% of calls to local businesses go unanswered, and fewer than 3% of those callers ever leave a voicemail. For a med spa, each of those is a high-value treatment that books somewhere else. The concept replaces the gap with a front desk that never clocks out.

The approach
  • A calm, premium mini-brand built fresh for the concept: warm off-white interiors, sage and stone, one confident emerald accent, in a clean editorial type pairing. The register is spa-quiet on purpose, the opposite of a loud sales carousel, so the promise reads as composed rather than pushy.
  • Seven slides that carry one argument, start to finish. The cover states the outcome plainly, a med spa that never misses a call. The problem slide names exactly where revenue leaks. The transformation slide shows the AI front desk answering day or night, booking straight into the calendar while the caller is still on the line.
  • A literal before and after on the same space, voicemail after hours versus answered 24/7, the lead calling a competitor versus booked on the spot. No invented patient, no stock face, just the room and the difference the system makes.
  • Claims discipline throughout. The only external figures are the two unanswered-call statistics, both cited to Invoca, 2024. The seven-day go-live and the 90-day outcome window are our own delivery promises, labeled as such. The CTA slide says it in plain words: this is a concept build, and a real one is live in seven days, fully done-for-you.
The result
  • Seven designed frames with no generated imagery used as proof, no faces, and no fabricated patient names, testimonials, or performance numbers. The concept is labeled a concept on the cover and again on the closing slide, so it can never be mistaken for a real client outcome.
  • Pointed at an actual practice, the same build trades a voicemail box for a front desk that answers every call in one ring, texts back the second a call is missed, books appointments instead of taking messages, and frees the staff to care for the clients already in the room.
