The 7:12 landing page · Drayton Comfort Co. · Demonstration
The brief

Drayton Comfort Co. is the fictional Fort Collins HVAC company from our demonstration campaign, The 7:12 call. The ads made one promise: every after-hours call answered and booked. An ad that strong usually dies on a page that says something else. So the brief was message match: carry the ad's exact promise onto the page it points at, in the same mini-brand, from the first line to the footer.

The approach
  • The hero is the campaign hero, word for word. The headline the ad promised is the first line the click reads, next to the same live-call panel: a 9:04 PM call ending in a booked 7:30 AM appointment.
  • Below it, the page argues in the owner's order. The leak first, as two timelines of the same 7:12 PM call, one ending in voicemail and one in a booked job. Then how the answered line works. Then the trade-credible service grid, because a phone promise from a company that can't fix a furnace is worthless.
  • The close reuses the campaign's strongest move: call us after 6pm tonight. The phone line is the demo, so the page never has to oversell it.
  • One coded page on the Drayton mini-brand: furnace navy, ember orange, cold-snap steel, Oswald condensed over Inter. Rendered at 1440 and 390 through real device emulation. No photography and no generated imagery; every panel is HTML and SVG.
  • Same claims discipline as the campaign. The only external figure on the page is verified call-tracking data: 27% of home-services calls go unanswered, and under 3% of callers sent to voicemail leave a message (Invoca, 2024).
The result
  • A complete responsive landing page that agrees with its ads from headline to footer, labeled as a demonstration on the page itself. No invented reviews, no stock anything.
  • With the campaign next to it, the pair shows the chain we actually sell: the angle, the creatives, and the page that catches the click. Pointed at a real HVAC company, only the name and the phone number change.
