Strength gym industry prototype · illustrative figures

One price. Everything in.

Most gyms hook you with a low rate, then the coaching costs extra, the good classes cost extra, and the contract holds you for a year. Ironhold runs one flat monthly price with the coaching and the programming already in, no initiation fee, and no contract to trap you. Train hard, and cancel anytime.

The membership card

One price. Everything named. No contract holding you in.

The whole brand is built on one promise made literal: a membership you can read top to bottom, the coaching and the programming and the open-gym hours all in, at one flat monthly price, with no initiation fee at the start and no contract holding you at the end.

The figures are an illustrative scenario, labeled as such. This is an industry prototype, so the gym, the membership price, and the phone number are not a real membership.

How an Ironhold membership works

Four steps, and the price never changes between them.

Step one

We assess where you are

A first session that checks your movement, your strength, and your goal. We meet you at your level, whether you have trained for years or are walking in for the first time.

Step two

You join, no contract

One flat monthly membership, everything on the card included. No initiation fee at the door and no year-long contract, so you stay because the training works, not because you are locked in.

Step three

You train, coached

Every session runs on a coached program, not a room full of machines and a guess. A coach is on the floor, the programming is written for you, and both are already in the price.

Step four

You get stronger

The program progresses as you do, the lifts go up, and the work shows. You came for a result, and the membership is built to deliver it, week after week.

Why the membership holds

Built so the price is the price, with nothing held back.

An all-in membership is only as good as the rules behind it. This is the model the prototype demonstrates: every part designed so a member trades the upsell and the contract for one honest monthly price.

One price, everything in

The coaching, the programming, and the open-gym hours are all in the membership. The expensive parts most gyms quote as add-ons are the parts already included here.

No contract, ever

The membership is month to month. You stay because the training works, not because a year-long contract makes leaving a fight. Cancel anytime, with no penalty.

No initiation fee

There is no sign-up fee at the door. The price you see is the price you pay from day one, so nothing stands between you and your first session.

Coached by certified staff

Every session is led by a certified coach, framed here as the standard the prototype is built to, not a claim about a live gym. A written program beats a room full of machines.

This world, pointed at a real gym.

Ironhold is the architecture we deploy for a strength or fitness brand: the angle, the brand, the membership card, and the page that catches the click. Pointed at a real gym, only the name and the numbers change. Book a call and we will walk you through how it gets made.
